Access to Tsuma Bot is contingent upon compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service. The minimum age to use Discord is 13 years old, or higher where required by local law. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information related to your use of Tsuma Bot and its related services.
IIInformation We Collect
Discord account information
We collect Discord-related information necessary for the bot to function properly. This may include:
- Discord username and user ID.
- Account creation date and verification level.
- Avatar and two-factor authentication status.
- Discord server and chat data needed for requested features.
Usage data
We temporarily collect command interactions and certain usage metrics to improve performance and detect errors. Command data is deleted after processing and no later than 30 days after collection.
IIICookies & Logs
Tsuma Bot itself does not use cookies or track your system data. When you use our website or web endpoints, minimal cookies may be used to maintain session stability and socket connections. We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising and do not track IP addresses or personal data beyond what is operationally necessary.
Logs and technical records are used solely for debugging, stability, and abuse prevention. They are not used for profiling or marketing.
IVHow We Use Your Data
The information we collect is used exclusively to:
- Detect and prevent abuse or technical issues.
- Develop and improve new content.
- Process support requests and ensure premium features function correctly.
VData Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary for service operation or as required by law. Non-essential temporary data, such as command logs, is deleted automatically within 30 days unless refreshed by a new interaction.
We do not retain historical usage records for marketing or resale. Data is retained only for service operation, security, or debugging.
VIData Security
We use industry-standard security practices, encryption, and access controls to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. We regularly review these measures.

To permanently delete your data and opt out, contact Tsuma Bot staff in the official support server. Opting out disables all commands permanently.
