01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tsuma Bot (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and by Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, or break the terms of either service, you may be permanently banned. We may update these Terms periodically; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available on this page.
02Eligibility & Service Access
The minimum age to use Discord is 13 years old, or higher if required by local law. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts below this age.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and the rules of each server where the bot is installed.
03Accounts & Data
When interacting with the Service, we may process necessary Discord account details, including username, user ID, avatar, account creation date, two-factor status, verification level, and server data, to provide or improve functionality.
We do not sell personal data and do not monitor your private conversations. See our Privacy Policy for details about what we collect, logs, cookies, and retention.
04Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to:
- Reverse engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Exploit bugs, spam commands, or automate usage in a way that harms stability.
- Engage in fraud, including fraudulent trading or manipulation of cards or items.
- Infringe intellectual property rights or submit unlawful content.
- Harass or harm other users, impersonate others, or misrepresent your identity.
05Intellectual Property & Copyright
By submitting content or images to Tsuma Bot, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content within the Service. We own all rights in the Service itself—including its software, design, and branding—and in assets created by affiliated creators. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
We respect copyright and apply Fair Use principles. For takedown requests or concerns, contact tsumabot@gmail.com. If you are a rights holder and request removal, we will act promptly upon proof of ownership.
06Virtual Items & Game Economy
Tsumas, currency, and other in-Service items are virtual, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash. We may adjust balance, availability, or functionality—including removal—to maintain game health and fairness. Premium Tokens may be traded for Tsumas or in-bot benefits when the exchange is reasonably fair.
Trading Tsumas or currency for money or services outside the Service is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.
07Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
Premium membership may be offered through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Taxes and fees may apply. Unless required by law, all sales are final. If you experience a purchase issue, contact staff in the official support server.
Chargebacks or suspected fraud may lead to suspension or termination and reversal of in-Service benefits obtained from disputed payments.
08Service Availability & Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time for maintenance, stability, balance, or other operational needs. Substantial changes will be communicated through official channels in a timely manner.
Unauthorized modification of or interference with the Service or its intellectual property is prohibited and may result in legal action.
09Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that data will be preserved without loss through unpredictable scenarios.
10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or revenue arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
11Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses—including reasonable legal fees—arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms, risk of harm, fraud, or legal compliance. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity—will continue to apply.
13Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws where the Service is operated and, where relevant, mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence. Venue and jurisdiction follow those applicable laws. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
14Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page, and significant modifications will be communicated. Effective date: January 2, 2026.
